who we are
We’re a Spirit-led church built on the foundation of the Gospel.
At Good News Co., we believe church is more than a service, it’s a family.
It’s a place where people encounter the truth of Jesus, experience the power of the Holy Spirit, and walk in the kind of love that changes lives.
We just want to say how glad we are to be here.
Our story has been shaped by the Good News of Jesus. It’s more than a belief to us. It’s the foundation of our lives. For over 20 years, it has filled our home with peace, guided our marriage, fueled our ministry, and helped us raise two incredible teenagers, Evan and Elle, who love the Lord and serve alongside us. The Gospel isn’t just something we talk about. It’s real. It’s personal. And it continues to change everything for us.
Now, we feel called to build something with you. Not a stage. Not a brand. A community.
Good News Co. is a space where you can be honest about where you are and still be met with grace. It’s a place for people who are hungry for something real. For those who have felt burned out, left out, or are simply looking for something that makes sense of their story. Whether you’re asking big questions about faith or you’re ready to jump all in, we believe you’ll find something meaningful here because Jesus is here.
We are creating more than a place to attend. We are building a community where real relationships form and faith meets everyday life. Whether you are just beginning to explore or have walked with Jesus for years, we believe church should be a place where people are known, encouraged, and challenged to grow. Not just in a moment, but over time, together.
If you’re looking for a fresh start, a deeper faith, or a place to connect with others and explore what it means to follow Jesus, we would love to meet you.
We are honored to be in this with you, and we cannot wait to see what God does next.
With love,
Alex & Elizabeth Lisic
Good News Co.
Decades of Ministry, One Shared Vision
Good News Co. isn’t just beginning today—it’s being built on decades of faithful ministry, leadership, and service. The story God is writing here is new, but the hands and hearts shaping it carry years of experience in walking with people, leading churches, and serving communities.
Alex & Elizabeth Lisic bring over 20 years of ministry experience, having served as Executive Pastors, Associate Pastors, Campus Pastors, and Worship Pastors. Elizabeth also currently serves as the Executive Director at Mustard Seed Ranch in Cookeville, a ministry caring for children and families. Together, they have led in both local churches and nonprofit work, and now feel called to help pioneer this new community.
John & Christy Lytle have 10 years of ministry experience, serving in roles from Associate Pastors to Next Generation ministry with teens, kids, and children. Their passion is helping the next generation discover the hope of the Gospel in real and personal ways.
Nick & Amy Pacholski bring 20 years of ministry experience, with a deep focus on Family Ministry. Having previously served as Executive Pastors, they are gifted in creating healthy church structures while also walking alongside families in every season of life.
Andrew & Kelli Loftis have 5 years of ministry experience leading worship, creative ministries, and serving as Associate Pastors. They carry a heart for creating spaces where people encounter God’s presence and grow in authentic community.
Jeff & Peggy Harmann carry over 30 years of ministry experience, having faithfully served as Administrative Pastors. With more than 20 years of previous executive-level leadership in the corporate world, they bring a stabilizing maturity and wisdom that helps strengthen and steady the vision of this new church movement.
Together, this team represents well over a century of combined ministry experience—yet more importantly, they share a common vision: to build a church that feels less like an organization and more like a family of faith.
Good News Co. is not about a stage or a brand—it’s about people. It’s about cultivating a place where the Gospel is lived out in everyday life, where relationships matter, and where faith can grow deep roots.
We are humbled by what God has already done, and we are full of expectation for what He will do next.

At Good News Co., we believe discipleship begins at home. Research shows the single most important influence on a child’s faith is the faith of their parents. That’s why we see parents as the primary disciplers of their children, and our role as a church is to walk alongside you - equipping, encouraging, and resourcing you for that sacred calling.
We embrace an intergenerational approach to ministry because children grow best when they are woven into the life of the whole church family. Studies show that kids who regularly worship with adults are more likely to continue in their faith as they grow older . When they see worship modeled, they don’t just learn about faith, they experience it in action.
Why Intergenerational Ministry?
Decades of research from groups like Barna, the Fuller Youth Institute, and the National Study of Youth and Religion confirm what Scripture has already shown us: kids thrive when faith is modeled in community and nurtured at home.
Here are some of the reasons we value intergenerational ministry:
Faith is modeled. Kids watch adults sing, pray, serve, and respond to God.
Belonging is built. Being in worship says, “You are part of God’s family.”
Truth takes root. Children absorb Scripture, prayer, and teaching - even when they don’t catch every word.
Conversations continue at home. Shared worship gives parents natural opportunities to follow up during the week.
Habits are formed. Regular rhythms of worship shape lifelong faith practices.
Relationships grow. Kids learn from believers across every generation.
As the Fuller Youth Institute puts it: lasting faith is “sticky” faith - and sticky faith is built in families and reinforced in the whole church body .
What to Expect
Our kids’ and student ministry rhythms are designed to complement family discipleship and create spaces for kids to grow in age-appropriate ways:
Sundays
Birth–Preschool: Safe, nurturing classes with age-appropriate teaching and care.
Elementary and up: Kids join their families in the sanctuary for worship. As children enter kindergarten, parents and teachers work together to decide the right time to transition.
Student Nights
Student Nights for middle and high school students. These nights focus on discipleship, identity in Christ, and building a community of faith.
K-4 Discipleship Nights
Kids dig deeper into God’s Word, ask questions, and learn to live out their faith with their peers.
Our Hope
Our prayer is simple: that every child at Good News Co. would know Jesus, love His church, and walk confidently in their faith - and that every parent would feel supported and equipped to lead their family spiritually with joy and confidence.
Because when parents lead at home, when kids worship in community, and when the church comes alongside in support, the result is faith that lasts a lifetime.
